Elevated Beauty Group is seeking a motivated Beauty Brand Development Manager who is passionate about expanding our portfolio of professional beauty brands - ARETÉ, SEVEN Haircare, and Simply Organic. This role focuses on strengthening our market presence through meaningful partnerships with salons, providing them with the tools, education, and ongoing support necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of our beauty brands by establishing and nurturing a robust network of new salon partners, focusing on strategic salon acquisition.
- Utilize digital platforms and CRM systems to modernize salon operations and promote client retention.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, both online and live, to showcase our brands' value.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Education, and Marketing teams to create a personalized onboarding journey for our salon partners.
- Build meaningful relationships with salons that align with our vision, identifying ideal partners that resonate with our brand.
- Foster trust-based relationships within a strong network of salon owners and industry professionals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Monitor and analyze salon growth metrics, tracking sales pipeline activities and performance trends.
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and Education to develop and execute impactful campaigns and events to inspire stylists and increase revenue.
- Act as an advocate for salons, sharing valuable insights and market trends to drive our sales approach and innovation.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of experience in professional beauty and salon business development with a proven sales record.Strong network of salon partnerships and demonstrable outside sales experience.A natural connector with expertise in negotiation focused on building relationships through effective outreach.Strong organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline strategically.Creative problem-solver capable of leveraging available resources to assist salons effectively.Genuine passion for the beauty industry and dedication to uplifting salon professionals.Dynamic presenter with the ability to educate and influence salon decision-makers.Open to embracing the latest technologies and trends in the professional salon industry.Key Requirements
Experience in outside sales within the salon industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively prospect and close new business both digitally and in person.Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel within the territory.Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Hubspot CRM.Willingness to work weekends occasionally and travel overnight up to 40% of the time.Compensation
Base Salary : $70,000-$75,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses (20%) based on new salon acquisitions and retention.
