PositionDescription :

Perform data entry, scanning, filing and specific duties related to processinggeneral ledger, accounts payable, or accounts receivable transactions.

EssentialDuties & Responsibilities :

• Facilitate timely and accurate data entry processing.
• Process documents with understanding of policy requirements.
• Process applications and cash receipts, banking, process accounts receivabletransactions.
• Complete transactional activities for processing intercompany charges.
• Perform general ledger journal entries, record and reconcile cash activity,report unclaimed cash and joint venture consolidation.
• Prepare daily cash activity including deposits and outgoing wires.
• Run monthly reports, assist with preparation of reconciliations and necessaryjournal entries.
• Perform month end closing activities including verifying ledgers for accuracy.
• Provide shared services assistance for all financial processes and timelycommunication with profit centers, vendors,

customers, and third-party affiliates.
