Micro-finishing ensures that our aerospace products are free of foreign objects, burrs, and undesired blemishes that might be present from previous manufacturing processes.

• Skills
• Ability to follow defined written and verbal instructions supplemented by engineering drawings (On the Job Training provided for early career applicants)
• Ability to use a speed lathe, fiber deburring sticks, a microscope, and other special purpose hand-held tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent
