Forecasting Analyst

A company is looking for a Forecasting Analyst to help solve clients' recruitment challenges through data analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast participant recruitment using data from past studies and emerging technologies

Analyze and organize medical research data for easy reference by the team

Engage in continuous learning to improve forecasting accuracy and processes

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in data analysis and forecasting methods

Ability to leverage AI tools for research and analysis

Strong foundation in statistics and probability concepts

Proficiency in Excel, including formula building and pivot tables; SQL knowledge is a bonus

Demonstrated organizational skills in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
