Senior Director of Biostatistics

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee P&L management of the biostatistics department and develop the annual budget

Ensure quality of all biostatistics deliverables and manage team performance and development

Coordinate workload and project risks, and support business development activities

Required Qualifications

PhD in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Science, or related quantitative field, with a Master's degree in Biostatistics or equivalent experience

Strong experience in biostatistics and statistical programming, with knowledge of clinical trial conduct

Minimum of 12 years of direct experience in Biostatistics within a CRO / Pharma environment

At least 4 years of leadership experience managing global teams

Experience in building teams, processes, and managing departmental budgets
