Face-To-Face Brand Ambassador

At Total Bath Systems, we believe in transforming bathrooms-and careers-in as little as one day. We're seeking a full-time Face-To-Face Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in Plainville, CT. With competitive pay of $30 – $37 / hour (including base pay and bonuses) and a full benefits package that includes :

YOUR ROLE

As a Face-To-Face Remodeling Marketing Specialist, you will represent us at events, shows, and retail locations like Home Depot and community festivals. You will spend your time building trust with potential customers by confidently starting conversations, educating them on how we transform bathrooms in as little as one day, and have a variety of designs and styles to meet all of their needs and setting appointments with our design team. With every interaction, you will bring the TBS brand to life, connecting with people face-to-face and creating excitement about the possibilities of bathroom remodeling. As our company continues to grow, you will also have the chance to develop into leadership roles-we're building our future leadership team now.

YOUR SCHEDULE AS A FACE-TO-FACE REMODELING MARKETING SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position. Your schedule will be flexible, with opportunities to work at community events, festivals, trade shows, and retail locations such as Home Depot.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous sales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we can provide full training.
