We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead critical platform initiatives. This leader will oversee programs spanning commerce, lifecycle operations, billing, resource management, and beyond. You'll empower a growing team of TPMs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive strategic delivery across OCI's dynamic global environment. This team is targeting candidates in the U.S. who can work ONSITE in Nashville-TN (priority) or Austin-TX (secondary). Relocation Assistance provided. (This is not a remote position). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for technical program management supporting OCI Platform priorities including commerce, billing, lifecycle management, metering, pricing, and resource reclamation.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of TPMs; drive hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and data-driven team culture; champion best practices in project execution and communication.
• Engage in technical discussions with internal engineering teams and enterprise customers to pinpoint and solve platform challenges.
• Collaborate across engineering, product management, architecture, support, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Proactively address potential risks and issues by ensuring programs have clear objectives, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Leverage feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous process and quality improvements within the organization.
• Serve as a key escalation and resolution point for critical program or product issues, advocating for customer needs at all stages.
• Represent OCI Platform programs in executive updates, partner engagements, and cross-organization forums.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $118,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
