A company is looking for a U.S. Payroll Tax Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Review ADP SmartCompliance Action Items related to closure of tax accounts

Review agency notices and provide assistance for client-related requests

Contact agencies to gather information and resolve identified issues

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and regulatory compliance

Familiarity with ADP's Smart Compliance feature

Experience working with agencies to resolve payroll tax issues

Experience with closing out legacy tax IDs in specific jurisdictions

Ability to provide knowledge transfer to client staff as needed
