Location : Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid - T / W / H in office)

Position Summary

The Director of Brand Marketing & Creative will lead the development and execution of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market plans across both our own agency brand as well as our portfolio of clients in the sportswear and beauty verticals. This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on leadership role that requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for building brands. You will oversee a growing team across our marketing and creative departments. This position requires 30-40% travel.

Objectives

Youll play a critical role in owning our content strategy, website presence, social media channels, and brand positioning, as well as supporting the concepts for our client activations. Youll develop and lead the teams that drive our agency marketing and creative as well as for our clients across sportswear and beauty. You will be recognized by internal and external stakeholders as proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, accessible, solution-focused, and professional.

Marketing Leadership Responsibilities :

  • Own and evolve the overarching brand strategy, positioning, and architecture for the agency brand.
  • Translate the strategy into 360 marketing plans that drive awareness, consideration, and selection of the agency.
  • Develop brand campaigns and partnerships that build cultural relevance and deepen client connection.
  • Align brand messaging across creative, digital, and sales teams.
  • Manage and optimize brand marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and ROI targets.
  • Develop and manage the integrated marketing calendar, including cross-functional timelines and channel alignment.
  • Lead the creative team to develop and oversee brand look, feel, and voice across all creative assets and channels.
  • Guide the strategic vision and execution of organic and social media strategy, influencer marketing, and content creation for agency clients.
  • Lead creative, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, concepting for experiential activations that bring client brands to life in culturally relevant and engaging ways..
  • Forecast campaign performance, assess ROI, and track KPIs for client activations, informing future brand activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and integrated amplification for client campaigns.
  • Own the agencys PR strategy and manage day-to-day execution, including collaboration with PR agencies, development of messaging and press materials, and identification of media opportunities.
  • Lead and develop high-performing internal teams across the marketing and creative departments.

Creative Activation Execution Responsibilities :

  • Working with our event production team to identify potential experiential strategies that lead to achieving our clients business goals and needs
  • Building comprehensive client proposals that illustrate ideas and concepts, for ideation through execution
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships that result in good rapport, trust and ongoing engagements
  • Collaborating with our cross functional teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our processes and operations so that you deliver on our client promise

  • You have a proven track record of consistently exhibiting :

  • Proven leader and mentor with the ability to attract and retain top talent, as well as develop employees.
  • Driven leader with a high-level of accountability for your leadership role and the performance of your team.
  • Strong experience leading marketing (strategy, social media, influencer marketing, PR) and creative (creative strategy, art direction, graphic design) teams.
  • Experience developing and managing website content, graphic design, and social media strategy with high-quality marketing materials.
  • High familiarity with tools such as Pipedrive, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM, performance marketing, and email automation.
  • Visual design sensibility for branding and layout.
  • Youll work closely with our CEO and your role is integral to fostering both internal and external relationships that expand our business with our customers.

    Experience : You have 7+ years of brand marketing experience with at least 3+ years of leading teams. You have a proven track record of success.

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor Degree required

    7+ years of Brand Marketing experience

    3+ years of leading Marketing and / or Creative teams

    Physical Requirements

    You will spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. When onsite you will spend prolonged hours standing. This position requires travel up to 40% of the time.

    Compensation

    $100,000 to $120,000 compensation range, based on experience

    3% matching SIMPLE IRA

    Health Insurance (50 / 50 - split employee / employer)

    Unlimited PTO, after 6 months of employment, with CEO approval

    Up to $2500 in reimbursement for Continuing Education, with CEO approval
