Position Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Support Specialist to assist with various pharmacy functions, primarily focusing on dispensing medical prescriptions and performing essential clerical tasks under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST

Location : 50 Pleasant Street, Room P, Northampton, MA 01060

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all patients and clinic staff.
• Filling prescription orders while ensuring accuracy under the Registered Pharmacist's supervision.
• Ordering, receiving, and storing pharmacy supplies efficiently.
• Processing wholesaler medication orders promptly.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records by verifying medication stock.
• Collaborating with the Pharmacist to comply with all federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Performing clerical duties to support the pharmacy department.
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Taking on additional tasks as needed.

Compensation varies based on multiple factors, including labor market conditions and experience. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $16.00 to $27.69 for full-time positions. We comply with all minimum wage laws.
