Automotive Sales Specialist

Applicants must have a genuine automotive interest, a high level of attention to detail, capability to deliver exceptional service, and a knack for problem-solving. Experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry is highly desired and should be noted on your application. All levels of prior experience in the automotive industry are welcome to apply. Experience in machine shops or engine rebuilding is a plus. All you need to bring to the table is a willingness to learn, and a passion for excellent customer servicewe provide the rest! Schedule & working hours :

After training, the schedule is designed to meet customer / business needs. Weekend & closing shift(s) are required. The option of working (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts are available. Retail employees cover all hours of operation with periods of overtime, as needed.

Earning potential :

Starting wage / first year : Level 1 Retail Sales starting wage is $16.50 - $21 per hour base depending on additional testing for level placement, plus commission. Commission per hour average range is $3.00 - $6.00. Above are end of year estimated average potentials. Your actual hourly rate and time to achieve will vary based on automotive knowledge, application of training, development pace, and sales skills.
