Sr. Application Developer / Technical Lead,

  • Contract

Global Channel Management is a technology company specializing in recruiting and staff augmentation. Our account managers and recruiters have over a decade of experience in various verticals. GCM understands the challenges companies face in filling skill gaps and reducing training and labor costs while requiring top talent.

Qualifications : 6+ years of IT experience in Java / J2EE Web Technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Web eCommerce Platforms, SOA, API, and Application services.
  • At least 2+ years in a Technical Lead role, leading end-to-end project implementation and delivery.
  • Experience with digital enterprise projects utilizing J2EE technologies, especially eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in J2EE frameworks : EJB, JSP, Servlet, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JMX, RMI.
  • Experience with Portal 8.
  • Strong experience with Spring Framework, including MVC.
  • Experience with ORM tools such as Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong skills in Java 7 and above.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration among development teams, business owners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and consensus-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertise in best practices and knowledge sharing techniques.
  • Comfortable with hands-on coding and implementation.
