Orchard Hospital Medical Specialty Center is seeking a professional who works in collaboration with providers and other healthcare team members to provide medically related social and behavioral health services in an outpatient setting. Under general supervision of a licensed clinician, this individual conducts social and behavioral health assessments and services in order for patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. This individual works interdependently with medical providers to provide quality healthcare to our patients.
Required education and experience
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Therapy or Counseling
- Must possess an intern number for licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California
- Maintain a valid registration / intern number with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in the State of California
- Current health provider BLS card

Must possess current driver's license and maintain liability or comprehensive auto insurance from a California carrier.
