Job Title : Pediatric Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location : Hamilton, OH

Compensation : $48-$55 per hour, DOE, plus monthly production bonus

About the Practice

Our client is seeking a friendly and compassionate Pediatric Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their growing team in Hamilton, Ohio . This brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental office is equipped with the latest technology to provide a comfortable and positive experience for children and families. The team is dedicated to creating a supportive, fun, and professional work environment where every team member is valued.

Position Details

  • Schedule : Full-time or part-time positions available
  • Pay : $48-$55 per hour, depending on experience
  • Bonuses : Monthly production bonus
  • Benefits :
  • Full-time (30+ hours) : Full benefits available after 60 days of employment
  • Part-time (25-29 hours) : Partial benefits available after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities

  • Provide gentle, high-quality dental hygiene care to pediatric patients in a supportive, child-friendly setting
  • Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
  • Perform cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and radiographs in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols

    • Qualifications

  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Ohio
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred, but a passion for working with children is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
