Electrical & Instrument Technician II (E / I Tech II)

Overview

As an Electrical & Instrument Technician II, you will plan job-site work sequences, conduct pre-job hazard assessments and briefs, coordinate outages, procure materials, complete assigned tasks, return systems to service, and document each step in the CMMS. You will also troubleshoot and maintain PLC-based auxiliary systems; design, implement, and configure new control schemes, modules, firmware, and software; monitor performance; and recommend improvements. In addition, you will update wiring diagrams, schematics, system logs, and technical drawings while providing training and functional supervision to staff, fully meeting E&I Tech II standards and any other assigned duties.

Compensation

Salary Range : $32.45 – $49.70 USD annually. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
