Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety. B.S. Degree in Occupational Therapy Licensed in the state of Oklahoma as an Occupational Therapist BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Five years of experience preferred

Responsibilities
Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessments / re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning / implementation. Provide quality occupational therapy services to inpatient and / or outpatient Rehab Department.
