Description

Overview

The Finance Assistant supports AAA’s mission by performing essential financial and clerical duties related to the administration of arbitration and mediation cases. Key responsibilities include processing payments and deposits, verifying transactions, assisting with collections, maintaining financial records in AAA’s case management system, and supporting case administrators with reallocations and refunds. This role also involves data entry, document preparation, and ensuring strict confidentiality of case information and records.

The successful applicant will work based out our Dallas, TX or Johnston, RI office on a hybrid basis. This positions salary range depends on location, this position is eligible for discretionary quarterly incentive opportunities.

Dallas, TX - $44,500 - $47,100

Johnston, RI - $45,200 - $47,900

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience : High School Diploma or GED in finance-related discipline and 0-2 years of relevant experience (bookkeeping, accounting / accounts payable role, etc.) required.

Skills & Abilities :

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong Communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
