Open ICU, no mandatory CC consult (27 ICU / 11 PCU)

No required procedures

Excellent collaboration between HM / EM - both managed by SCP Health

Dedicated NP / PA Admitter Staffing Model :

12-hour shifts, (8a-8p / 8p-8a)

7on / 7off schedule

Days : 4 MDs & 2 NPs

Nights : 1 MD Physician Qualifications :

Board Eligible or Certified in Internal or Family Medicine

Be within 7 years of graduation

Or 2 years prior hospitalist experience NP / PA Qualifications :

Board Certified as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

2 years prior hospitalist experience Benefits :
