Registered Pharmacist - TX, AZ, NH, FL

A company is looking for a Clinical Customer Care Staff Pharmacist (Overnight Night Shifts).

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers over the phone and via email regarding clinical issues such as drug interactions and medication counseling

Support Customer Care agents with clinical inquiries and complete customer requests through Zendesk tickets

Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Pharmacist license in AZ, NH, FL, or TX

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting preferred

Ability to work autonomously and navigate multiple pharmacy systems

Commitment to customer experience and adaptability to change
