Are you a dynamic and fearless communicator with a passion for sales? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative fluent in English to join our team. In this role, you’ll be directly engaging with local businesses, promoting our loan services, and identifying opportunities for financial support. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping businesses grow while earning attractive commissions for your hard work and success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Visit local businesses to introduce our loan services and assess their financial needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Promote and explain various loan products, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Engage potential clients in a friendly, professional, and confident manner.
  • Collect and track information from business owners to identify potential leads.
  • Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to refine our sales approach and improve offerings.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. (Other languages a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar field (financial services, loans, or B2B sales is a plus).
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid of rejection.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face sales interactions.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
  • Previous experience working with or managing networks of business owners is a plus.
