Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN with Remedy Home Health, you will deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Primary Responsibilities :

What You'll Need to Qualify

Current and active California LVN license in good standing

Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license

Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed

Strong communication and documentation skills

Proficiency with electronic charting and care coordination software
