Senior Real Estate Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate site control agreements, including lease options and easements

Manage the title process and interface with title companies and landowner legal teams

Support real estate contract administration and coordinate with various internal teams

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions

Experience in real estate law, particularly in site control and title matters

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
