Jim Coleman Honda is hiring a Service Advisor!
Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington Metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. We are a local leader in automotive retail, looking to add qualified professionals to our team. Jim Coleman Automotive is a company that offers a great team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support for its employees. We provide opportunity for growth and advancement. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated service writer to provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service experience. Responsibilities
- Provide timely updates
- Assist customer with needs / requests
- Greeting customers at the service lane
- Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
