Unit specifics include 18 ORs with a patient ratio aligning with standard staffing practices. Unit staff includes secretaries and technicians available for support. Equipped with advanced tools including DaVinci and Mako systems. Utilizes Meditech for documentation. Floating policy is not applicable to the operating room. Experience requirements include familiarity with hearts, trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, and robotics. Position supports a level I trauma center setting.
