North Carolina Licensed Product Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Product Manager IV - Product Client Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product discovery, set product strategy, and manage the product roadmap and execution of new features

Monitor product performance and user feedback to enhance product decisions and oversee Agile Teams

Conduct business analysis, product usage analytics, and serve as a liaison between commercial bankers and operational teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a science, engineering, or quantitative major with 4 years of Product Management experience in Onboarding in Banking / Financial Services, or a High School Diploma / GED with 8 years of experience

6+ years of experience in leading Onboarding and building high-performing teams

Experience with Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and workflow tools like Appian is a plus

Strong vendor management skills and understanding of APIs in building an enterprise digital platform

Solid executive presence and ability to manage across all organizational levels
