Maintenance Technician

Pay : $25.65 – $45.53 per hour

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday. Looking for 2nd and 3rd shift (one weekend per month required)

A leading manufacturing facility in Sunbury, OH is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines, automated equipment, and plant systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of industrial machinery, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines, including reprogramming machines and robots (Fanuc experience a plus).
• Visually inspect, test, and diagnose faulty equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and install new or repaired parts to ensure efficient machine operation.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and prints (electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical).
• Collaborate with production staff and leadership to identify and resolve issues.
• Work as a team player to meet consistent production and quality goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company safety standards.
