Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to support enterprise IT program management and quality oversight for a major Department of Defense information systems modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP) in alignment with ISO 9001, CMMI, and DoD quality frameworks

Conduct peer reviews, quality audits, and deliverable inspections to ensure compliance with contract standards

Develop and monitor Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) plans to identify process enhancements and performance gaps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Quality Management, or a related discipline

Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or process improvement on large-scale federal or defense programs

Demonstrated experience with Quality Management Plans (QMP) and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) frameworks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and document control systems

Active Secret clearance required
