Senior Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager who is passionate about building efficient, scalable contracting operations that drive business velocity while managing risk.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic lead on high-priority and large-value commercial contracts

Oversee and improve the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution

Define and drive contracting strategy and governance, including policy and escalation paths

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of in-house contract management, negotiation, or transactional law experience, ideally in technology or SaaS

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor contract professionals in a fast-paced organization

Deep understanding of SaaS, technology, cloud, and data privacy agreements

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects

Bachelor's degree required; advanced legal education or professional certifications are a plus
