Now, we're looking for a dedicated Phone Closer to join our team and take charge of finalizing sales opportunities.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Closer is a focused, results-driven professional whose sole responsibility is closing sales deals . You'll be stationed in our office, working directly with warm leads and prospects that our team has already engaged. Your role is to build rapport, overcome objections, and secure commitments that drive revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads over the phone to close sales.
  • Use strong communication and persuasion skills to guide prospects through the decisionmaking process.
  • Handle objections, answer questions, and ensure customer confidence.
  • Document sales activity in CRM / software tools accurately and consistently.
  • Collaborate with management to refine closing scripts, strategies, and processes.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in sales closing (phone sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • High energy, competitive spirit, and self-motivated drive.
  • Comfort with working in a structured, in-office environment .
  • Ability to stay disciplined, focused, and consistent throughout the day.
