Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager who will oversee the entire proposal lifecycle for the Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate win strategy sessions and manage proposal submission documents to ensure compliance with owner objectives

Coordinate proposal teams, maintain a pursuit matrix, and collaborate with communications groups for marketing collateral

Participate in industry events and provide event management support as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an associated field or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in construction proposal writing

Prior experience leading pursuit teams, preferably in the infrastructure sector

Experience managing proposals for large DOT projects

Deep understanding of the public infrastructure construction market and clients
