1st Shift Quality Assurance Associate

Onsite. Must live in or near Plano, TX.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm. Paid training included.

Join our Quality Assurance Team. This position is responsible for monitoring compliance, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to established standards. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and report process deviations. Experience with quality checks, data review, and regulatory compliance will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assume ownership of outstanding tasks during shift turnover
• Support the management of divert processes to maintain accuracy
• Perform random mail selections from the production floor to verify quality
• Ensure all mail complies with client requirements and internal standards
• Report quality issues promptly through email and maintain detailed documentation
• Follow up on reported issues to confirm resolution and drive continuous improvement
• Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain punctual attendance (1 week during shift)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quickly adapt to new processes

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $31,200.00 and $39000.
