We are looking for someone who thinks the same way. Ideally, our candidate is an inspired 3D Designer who knows our industry has so much potential, who thinks about the full brand experience, and who connects clients with their consumers through memorable and authentic experiences. We aren’t going to lie – we are looking for someone who can create amazing architectural renderings for auto shows, tradeshows, events, retail environments, and anything else we throw at you. Be prepared to show us a portfolio of gorgeous creative work that will make our team envy the hell out of you. Your digital skills need to be second nature. You should be supremely confident and creative.

This assignment is not just about creating gorgeous worlds in your computer but also about connecting with people outside in the real world through brand experiences. We want you to be able to put together presentations that tell a story and communicate numerous brand extensions through human connection online and offline. We want you to have the drive, dedication, and passion to reach for more.

CREATIVE :

Must be able to operate at a high level, love the team environment and contribute in brainstorming sessions. Abstractly connecting the dots between trends, technologies, social platforms and pop-culture to the events and experiences we develop. Then you MUST have the ability to deliver your creative thought process to the internal creative team, our sales teams as well as our clients.

SOCIAL :

You are easy to get along with because working long hours with people you don’t like is not fun.

While the office is typical, the work is anything but that. Yes, on occasion there will be long hours, and yes, you might be sitting down for a long stretch, but we are flexible with schedules and believe that creative people are unique. Therefore, as long as the work gets done, we believe in work / life balance. Seriously!

We build on the growth of every individual at EWI and that means ensuring you are getting the experience necessary to see personal and professional growth. This means interfacing with clients and getting to see the physical manifestation of your hard work! So, yes, on occasion, you will travel to meet with clients and see the worlds and experiences you’ve created.

Qualifications

REQUIRED PROGRAMS :

Rhino and or 3D Studio Max , VRay, Adobe CC, MS Office 365

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM PLU-UPS :

Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, SketchUp, Auto CAD

EDUCATION :

Studied interior or industrial design – BFA or related design degree a plus but not necessarily required.

EXPERIENCE :

5-7 years experience in the Exhibit and Experiential Marketing industry.
