Able to Speak, Understand, Read, and Write English 1 to 3 years’ experience in electronics assembly Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job. Able to follow written instructions required. 12-Hour Day Shift : 6 PM to 6 AM / $17.60 per hour This schedule will be followed for three weeks, with a need for flexibility to revert to the previous schedule. A Shift : 8 AM to 4 : 15 PM, no shift differential. B Shift : 4 PM to 12 : 15 AM, includes a 5% shift differential. C Shift : 12 AM to 8 : 15 AM, includes a 10% shift differential. Regal Staffing Services Arlington has immediate Assemblers and Fabricators employment opportunities for a manufacturing company located in the Arlington area 76011.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with work instructions to guide their work and the assemblies through the manufacturing process.
- Understand and effectively use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely daily.
- Immediately notify the supervisor if any equipment is malfunctioning.
- Perform all required preventative maintenance for machine operation and document per "Good Documentation Practices Procedure" on the proper logs.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform proficiently at a quality standard set by the company's mission and commitment.
- Keep accurate records of production data and any maintenance or repair work performed on equipment.
