Job descriptionCoordinate and schedule transportation services to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Serve as the main communication link between drivers, clients, and the operations team Monitor and track the status of scheduled trips, making adjustments as necessary Provide clients with updates regarding delivery times, delays, and any other relevant information Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure all vehicles are dispatched appropriately Maintain accurate records of driver schedules and transportation activities Assist drivers with route planning and logistical support Handle customer inquiries and concerns, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes and enhance efficiency Proven experience in dispatch or logistics coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with transportation management systems is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
