Operator
Operators operate heavy duty equipment, including but not limited to, Backhoe, trencher, excavators, directional drills. Specific job titles may include Aerial, Locator, HDD, Asphalt, CDL, Finisher, TCP, Underground, etc.; however, the essential duties and responsibilities are highlighted below.
What Do You Offer Us?
- Operates and maintains one or more of the following lists of equipment and / or machines : tandem dump truck, off road truck, dozer, large front end loader, backhoe, motor grader, excavator, skid steer, mini ex, water truck, and various other equipment in excavating, filling, and compacting in development activities
- Inspect and restore equipment fluid levels including oil, fuel, water, and transmission fluid : verify operational gauges and tires; lubricate equipment as needed and adjust as necessary
- Clean assigned equipment and related parts, office and lounge areas as required.
- Directing traffic
- Provide support to assist other staff in the completion or their duties and responsibilities
- Provide training and direction as needed
- Maintain equipment records according to company policy
- Operator equipment subject to change based upon company and job specifications and needs
- Other related duties and projects as assigned
