Salary : $35 - $40
Zoi and Mind Clinics is looking for ABA Case Supervisors to join our wonderful team of professionals.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Case Supervisor to join our dynamiccenter-based ABA team. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a real difference, we want you to be part of our dynamic team where your expertise will shine and your impact will transform lives!
Position type : Full-time, Hourly
Hourly pay : $35.00-40.00
Case Locations : South Los Angeles, Florence Graham, Vernon, Inglewood, Hawthorn, Crenshaw, and other surrounding cities
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with BCBAs to conduct FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on data and client needs.
- Implement and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions, including ABA therapy techniques.
- Provide supervision to cases, ensuring that interventions are delivered with consistency and fidelity.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring the highest standards of practice and professional development.
- Monitor client progress, collect data, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and maximize client success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field, preferably with children and / or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership and support to behavior technicians and other staff
Bilingual-Spanish
CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to visit each case at least 3 times a month
Supervision experience with RBTs in a home and school setting
Report writing skills using different templates
Experience in developing and delivering training programs to parents
