Are you searching for a meaningful role as a Behavior Technician, RBT, or ABA therapist? Advanceable ABA is hiring motivated individuals who want to build a career in behavior analysis and autism services while making a real impact.
This is a home-based ABA therapy position, where you’ll work one-on-one with children in their natural environment to support skill development and independence.

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Sessions focus on communication, behavior support, and daily living skills through structured and play-based learning.
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect and record session data accurately
Support children with autism in building social, behavioral, and communication skills
Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
Stay active and engaged (playing, moving, interacting throughout sessions)
Looking for RBT training or paid training opportunities? We’ve got you covered:
Paid onboarding and hands-on training
40-hour RBT training program included
Ongoing supervision toward Registered Behavior Technician certification
Mentorship from experienced clinical leaders
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience working with children, childcare, education, or behavioral health preferred
Interest in ABA therapy, mental health technician, or behavior technician training roles
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills and professionalism
