Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time
Henderson, NV| Center-Based ABA | Day Shift (Mon-Fri)
Are you a passionate BCBA ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder? Join Flywheel Centers in Henderson, Nevada, and become part of a mission-driven team that values empathy, problem-solving, and high-quality care.
As a BCBA in our center-based ABA program , you'll play a key role in helping children on the autism spectrum thrive through evidence-based, compassionate care. From developing behavior intervention plans to mentoring behavior technicians and collaborating with families, your work will directly shape the outcomes we deliver.
What You'll Do :
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise RBTs and clinical team members
Collect, monitor, and analyze data to track progress
Partner with families and caregivers to support care goals
Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team

Requirements :
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
Strong grasp of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making
LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required by NV state guidelines
