Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership :
Develop and implement the strategic vision for the nursing program.
Oversee curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and emerging healthcare trends.
Foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation in teaching methodologies.
Faculty Management :
Recruit, hire, and evaluate nursing faculty.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for faculty.
Coordinate faculty assignments and workload to meet program needs.
Program Administration :
Manage budgets, resources, and facilities for the nursing department.
Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies (e.g., CCNE, ACEN) and state nursing board regulations.

Student Support :
Oversee student admissions, progression, and retention strategies.
Address student concerns and ensure a supportive learning environment.
