A company is looking for a Director of Academics in Missouri. Key Responsibilities Establish and guide the academic vision, instructional leadership, and curriculum implementation for virtual education programs Provide instructional support and professional development for teachers and academic staff Monitor student performance data and ensure compliance with Missouri state educational regulations Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional leadership or school administration, preferably in a virtual environment Missouri administrator certification or eligibility for certification Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required; a master's degree is highly preferred Active Missouri Principal License or equivalent administrative certification is required Valid Missouri teaching license with prior teaching experience in the state is preferred
