Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong potential for establishing a unique pharmacy pathway for students enrolled in the College of Pharmacy program. This fellowship will develop knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes in organizational administration, college service, academic and student affairs, teaching, and scholarship that will improve the fellow's competitiveness for an academic or administrative position in higher education.
