The Jindal School of Management (JSOM) is looking for a dedicated Academic Advisor II to support undergraduate students in their academic journey. In this role, you will collaborate with advisors, program directors, deans, and faculty to provide guidance on degree requirements, assist with admissions, registration, and degree audits, and maintain student records.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you'll have a direct impact on student success and contribute to the growth of one of the nation's top business schools.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience; or Master's degree.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Function & Scope : Supports the coordination and delivery of academic advising services that promote student retention and academic progress. Works independently with students and collaborates with faculty, staff, and administration to apply effective advising strategies and ensure consistent support across programs.

Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employees must be located within the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and / or with 24-hour notice.
