Job descriptionManage administrative processes for the office of the dean and college of pharmacy Support faculty Support student academic affairs by supporting student-focused areas and overseeing admission and progression logistics Support academic affairs by supporting STLCOP faculty course set up and maintenance; coordinating dissemination of routine surveys to faculty, staff, and students; as well contributing to course design, delivery, or oversight in the Pharm.D. program Organize and facilitate college committee functions Coordinate, implement, or support programming and events for students at the College of Pharmacy in conjunction with the Dean and event staff Co-coordinate Co-curriculum Course Teach by assisting as a skills lab instructor, practicum assessor, and / or lecturing in certain courses based on interest, knowledge, and business need Serve as the primary developer / coordinator of a unique pharmacy pathway for students enrolled in the College of Pharmacy, or other approved research Other duties as assigned Pursue a master's degree in public health throughout the program, if desired. The historic St. Louis College of Pharmacy (STLCOP) at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis invites applications for a one-year Academic Administration Fellowship. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong potential for establishing a unique pharmacy pathway for students enrolled in the College of Pharmacy program. This fellowship will develop knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes in organizational administration, college service, academic and student affairs, teaching, and scholarship that will improve the fellow's competitiveness for an academic or administrative position in higher education.
