Account Coordinator
Heritage Auctions is looking for a full‑time, experienced Account Coordinator to join its Category Marketing team within the Marketing Department. The role focuses on coordinating a heavy volume of print marketing efforts, campaigns, and content creation—including direct mail, brochures, postcards, print advertisements, and miscellaneous collateral—while ensuring brand consistency in a fast‑paced environment.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with offices in New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills, London, Hong Kong, and other cities, Heritage Auctions has served over 50 auction categories for almost 50 years.
Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end support function for marketing campaigns across specific auctions and categories.
Track deadlines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple categories using project management tools.
Manage print production workflows : create jobs, schedule production, acquire creative assets, communicate job specifications to graphic designers, and interface with print vendors.
Serve and collaborate with category directors and subject‑matter experts from over 50 collectibles, fine art, and luxury lifestyle categories.
Provide marketing copy and images to the graphic design team.
Create media plans, source trade and general interest publications, negotiate advertising rates, and manage insertion orders.
Collaborate with Digital, Operations, Events, and Photography teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Liaise with the digital team to schedule and execute digital marketing efforts (emails, web marketing, social media).
Discover unique stories behind auction items through regular interaction with subject‑matter experts.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Run weekly marketing check‑in meetings with category stakeholders to communicate progress, address roadblocks, and align expectations.
Report to the Director of Marketing.

Commensurate with experience.
Location
South of Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in print marketing, project management, or project coordination.
Experience supporting sales, account management, or client service teams is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Familiarity with auction business, collectibles, fine art, or luxury lifestyle goods is a plus.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Robohead, Asana). Client‑facing or hospitality experience is a plus.
Admin or clerical work experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Word (document formatting, templates, mail merge), Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data reporting), Outlook (calendar management, task coordination, high‑volume correspondence).
