Job description

Role : Account Director

Job Type : Direct Hire

Location : Nashville, TN

Hybrid : On-site 3 days a week

Salary : $140-160k

Summary : Lead and drive the success of client accounts by developing strategic campaigns, managing revenue goals, and fostering strong client relationships. Oversee account teams, ensure campaign execution, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and oversee campaign execution across multiple accounts.
  • Client Management : Manage client relationships, develop scopes of work, oversee deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor account managers and coordinators.
  • Business Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through pitches and networking.
  • Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, invoicing, and ensure projects are delivered within scope.
  • Campaign Execution : Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including talent management, production, and on-site activations.

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of agency marketing experience in account or brand management (entertainment / talent preferred).
  • 5+ years leading multi-person teams on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing strategies in entertainment and culture.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and develop talent.
  • Experience managing large brand clients and 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to travel and flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
