We're looking for an Account Director who is interested in working with leading technology companies (as well as ascendent tech companies) that use Spiceworks to build their brand and generate demand. If this sounds like you, it's time to join our team.
As an Account Director, you will partner with your clients to leverage Spiceworks Ziff Davis offerings to accomplish their marketing objectives. Specifically, you will serve as a consultant to help clients leverage our awareness, community, data, and demand generation solutions to meet and exceed their nuanced goals and influence their potential growth.
What will be your responsibilities :
- Expand relationships and revenue with current clients by presenting strategic opportunities and prospecting new lines of business within those accounts.
- Prospect within your broader sales territory to identify net new advertisers, as well win back opportunities with previous accounts that are no longer spending.
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management within our CRM tool is a must, including logging of sales activities related to the opportunities you generate.
- Work with internal teams - marketing, research, operations - to develop and successfully execute campaigns on behalf of your clients.
- Leverage your experience and industry knowledge to challenge and improve on existing internal processes, offerings, and positioning to help build a better SWZD.
- Maintain a detailed awareness of relevant market trends that may directly and / or indirectly impact your accounts.

Salary Disclosure : Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base pay for this position ranges from $100K to $120K, plus incentive compensation (for eligible roles only), 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a flexible time off policy.
