Job Summary
The Account Executive will implement sales strategies within LAI Games. This role requires a high-performing strategic sales professional to drive the growth of our amusement games products and services. In this role, youll take ownership of sales targets, develop winning strategies, and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. Your ability to build strong client relationships and close deals will directly impact our revenue and brand success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals across multiple business units within LAI Games. Take ownership of personal sales targets and contribute to broader business objectives.
Market Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels. Expand LAI Games presence by establishing new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts.
Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Sales Performance & Reporting : Track and analyze personal sales performance and pipeline metrics. Provide insights and updates to senior leadership on key wins, challenges, and forecasted results.
Product Expertise : Develop deep knowledge of all LAI Games products and services. Effectively communicate value propositions to prospects and customers and serve as a resource for distributor and channel partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, finance, and technical services to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on sales initiatives.
Market Insights : Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activity. Use these insights to refine sales tactics and inform product development discussions.
Industry Engagement : Represent LAI Games at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Actively participate in networking opportunities to promote company offerings and gather market intelligence.
Sales Support Activities : Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes (as needed) and sales orders. Ensure all documentation aligns with pricing guidelines and customer requirements, supporting a smooth and efficient sales process.
Support internal initiatives that improve sales processes and customer experience.
Other Duties : Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the companys sales growth and strategic goals.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on trust and value creation
Skilled at managing a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly and confidently
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers across varying levels of an organization
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of self-motivation and accountability
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage opportunities and drive efficiency
Ability to quickly learn new products, markets, and business models
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. marketing, finance, operations)
Availability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings
Internal / External Relationships
Internal : Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and customer support to align on sales activities, ensure smooth order processing, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
External : Serves as a key point of contact for customers, prospects, and channel partners. Builds strong, professional relationships to drive sales, respond to inquiries, and support long-term account growth.
Qualifications / Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
Industry experience is not required, but a strong aptitude for learning new products and markets is essential
