Location : Dallas, TX
Duration : Full time role / 40 hours a week
This is an ONSITE in-office position and we offer a competitive Base salary plus uncapped commissions!

This position requires an astute personality capable of engaging individuals at all levels of the executive leadership suite. Account Executives represent the highest standards of the public image for ConsultNet and demonstrate corporate goodwill in every aspect of their daily interchanges.
Responsibilities :
- Generates new business through outside sales activities including referrals, solutions selling, cold calls, prospecting, territory planning and client relationship building.
- Builds long-term client partnerships with enterprise corporations and mid-market clients.
- Engages, entertains, and maturates client relationships to build mutual trust and respect.
- Conducts client visits to build rapport and to obtain critical information including, job descriptions, referrals, and business leads.
- Coordinates recruiting activities with resource team including screening, orientation, and placement of consultants.
- Maintains and monitors client contractual service agreements and regularly audits to ensure contractual compliance through communication with leadership.
- Quickly resolves customer issues and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Maintains ConsultNet values and cultural environment within customer setting.
- Uses database exclusively to manage prospecting activity.
- Identifies and qualifies new consulting opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and manages contract margins to meet leadership expectations.
- Attends interviews between clients and candidates, as necessary.
- Works to become the client's single resource for strategic consulting and talent solutions.
- Maintains a balanced prospecting formula including the attendance of networking functions to identify new clients and develop market knowledge.
- Consistently meets or exceeds management quotas.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an outcome-oriented approach to business and a basis for all action.
