    What You'll Do

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle
  • Execute a proven sales process including outbound outreach, discovery, solution design, demos, and contract close.
  • Consistently generate 30+ new leads, touched weekly and create at least +1 new deal per week.
  • Build a 4x pipeline and close 2+ deals / month, aiming to exceed monthly / quarterly quota.
  • Ongoing account management within territory for non-Tier 1 customers focused on expansion and retention efforts as well as referrals.
  • Drive Proactive Engagement
  • Take the initiative to reach out to prospective customers daily, with a focus on thoughtful, personalized outreach (SMYKM methodology) that opens meaningful conversation.
  • Use MEDDIC framework to guide discovery and qualification.
  • Be comfortable engaging cold leads, handling objections with empathy and insight, and booking discovery meetings that uncover real business needs.
  • Approach outreach with intentionality and strategic focus, avoiding generic, high-volume tactics in favor of tailored, meaningful engagement.
  • Drive Technical Value & Impact Based Conversations
  • Run tailored product demos over Teams using PowerPoint and proprietary ISPN tools.
  • Confidently translate technical features (like network monitoring, technical support, and hosted email) into business outcomes and ROI.
  • Partner with sales engineers / product teams on deep technical validation but own the majority of technical conversations independently.
  • Engage with Strategic Buyers
  • Sell to Directors, VPs, GMs, C-Suite, and technical leaders in Operations, IT, and Customer Support.
  • Conduct multi-thread discovery with stakeholders to identify pain, assess impact, and drive commitment, often selling to different stakeholders based on potential product assortment.
