Job Summary

Account Executives are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate housing and relocation clients. This role focuses on converting high-quality leads, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who excels in closing deals, building rapport with clients, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, relocation managers, and business travelers.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, calls, and email outreach to engage prospects and existing accounts.
  • Provide customized corporate housing solutions based on client needs and budget.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers and proactively reach out to warm leads.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to expand market share in assigned territories or industries.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the BDM team to ensure seamless client handoffs and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure.

  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : 3+ years in inside sales, business development, or account management. Corporate housing experience is required.
  • Sales Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Customer-Centric : Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Problem-Solving : Quick thinker who can handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Salary Description : $50,000-$60,000 plus commission
